Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for course purchases under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course you have enrolled in, you will receive a full refund automatically.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You have completed more than 25% of the course content
  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date
  • You have received a certificate of completion
  • The refund request is made after the course access period has expired

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request
  • Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you have completed between 25% and 50% of the course, you may be eligible for a 50% refund
  • Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5. Course Cancellation by Student

You may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the criteria outlined in section 1 of this policy.

6. Course Cancellation by eBird Academy

If we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified via email at least 7 days in advance
  • You will receive a full refund automatically
  • You may be offered the option to transfer to an alternative course

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
