1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for course purchases under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course you have enrolled in, you will receive a full refund automatically.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- You have completed more than 25% of the course content
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date
- You have received a certificate of completion
- The refund request is made after the course access period has expired

4. Partial Refunds

- If you have completed between 25% and 50% of the course, you may be eligible for a 50% refund
- Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
5. Course Cancellation by Student
You may cancel your enrollment at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the criteria outlined in section 1 of this policy.
6. Course Cancellation by eBird Academy
If we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:
- You will be notified via email at least 7 days in advance
- You will receive a full refund automatically
- You may be offered the option to transfer to an alternative course
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
